Charges
Delivery is charged on a per order basis.
The delivery rates below are exclusive of VAT.
UK Mainland
Toner Cartridges - £5.75 per consignment, delivered next business day from despatch.
Inkjet Cartridges - 1-3 items per consignment - £4.10 per consignment, delivered 1-3 business days from despatch.
Inkjet Cartridges - 4+ items per consignment - £5.75 per consignment, delivered next business day from despatch.
Channel Islands
£20 per consignment, delivered next business day from despatch.
Terms & Conditions
The Company will deliver to UK Mainland only. Goods will be delivered to the address on the Acknowledgement of Order. Deliveries by the Company's nominated carrier will be accompanied by a Delivery Note. The Buyer will verify the Goods being delivered on the Delivery Note and sign for such. The Buyer shall report any fault or shortages with the Goods, in writing, to the Company within 7 days from the date of delivery.
In the case of a wrong Order, that is the fault of the Company, the Buyer may reject all or part of the Order (or Goods), under the "Returns Policy".
Any delivery dates specified by the Company are intended to be a best estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses, caused directly or indirectly by the delay in the delivery of the Goods (even if caused by the Company's negligence).
If for any reason the Buyer fails to accept delivery of Goods, or the Company is unable to deliver the Goods on time because the Buyer has not provided appropriate instructions, or authorisations, the Goods will be returned to the Company and the Buyer will be liable for all related costs and expenses, (including, without limitation, storage and insurance).
